Praveen Kumar took both the batsmen early as Bravo out on 41 and Chanderpaul on 30 runs and soon they reduced to 150/6. Sammy 25 and Rampaul 34 runs put some fight but didn't last too long. Praveen and Ishant Sharma took 3 wickets each while Amit Mishra took 2 wickets.

Rahul Dravid got Man of the Match for his brilliant 112 runs in the 2nd inning on difficult pitch.
