First of the 5 match ODI series between India and Sri Lanka wil be played on Tuesday, 15th December, 2009 at Madhavrao Scindia Cricket Ground, Rajkot in the only day game of the series and timing will be 09.00 IST, 03:30 GMT.

India bounced back strongly in the 2nd T20 to level the series after thrashed in 1st T20 before ODI series. Bad news for them is last T20 hero Yuvraj Singh is injured and Virat Kohli may take his place.

Sri Lanka played well in T20 series after lost the test series and the arrival of veteran Sanath Jayasuriya who is in good touch will help them to wn something in a tough tour. Muralitharan's form will b crucial for them.
